Vancouver, June 28, 2003 – Mandy Rae Cruickshank’s attempt earlier today to set a world record in the womens’ constant ballast discipline was not successful. Mandy Rae suffered a blackout. Tom Lightfoot, attempting a no-fins constant ballast record, also suffered a blackout. More detail to follow.
