Based at the beautiful dive site of Vobster Quay in Somerset our AIDA certified courses run at weekends (Instructor course runs also during the week). Catering for all levels from Beginner to Advanced FreeDivers through to Instructor, we can offer the best course for you.

Description: For beginner and intermediate freedivers, this 2 day course is a fantastic introduction to the sport and continued development for those with some freediving or spearfishing experience. Covering confined water work with simple breath holds and underwater swimming, theory, safety and open water practice on the 'Lily Pad' at Vobster Quay and recreational freediving. You will receive a * or ** certification depending on your performance. |
