Court & Social

Ms. Emma Farrell, Head of Education at Deeperblue.net and International AIDA Instructor Trainer, is to marry on Friday 26th October 2007, in Chippenham, Wiltshire. Ms. Farrell has declined to comment about the details of her husband-to-be, but photos from earlier this year have seen her embraced with a tall Scandinavian-looking gentleman, thought to be a well known freediver from Denmark.

Invitees to the wedding include the CEO of Deeperblue.net, Mr. Stephan Whelan, the recently appointed News Editor of Deeperblue.net, Ms. Sara-Lise Haith, and various members of the British Freediving Association, AIDA instructors from the UK, world class photographer Christa Loustalot, unnamed guests from the United Arab Emirates, and it is rumoured that there will be guests from Vogue, FHM, Shape, and Vanity Fair magazines.

Ms. Farrell has said that she preferred to have a private family wedding away from public eye, but the pressure of the freediving community to reveal the details of her soon to be married status has made her succumb to a social event.

The reception is to be held in near Bath Spa and the honeymoon is being spent in Hawaii. Ms. Farrell and her secret Scandinavian certainly know how to marry in style.

Deeperblue.net Court and Social column will follow with an update after the wedding, and details of who is the unknown gentleman accompanying Emma at Table 17.
