“Two cave divers from Suwannee County, Georgia were found dead 500 feet inside the Royal Spring caves.

The men were reported missing Sunday 19th Feb after they became separated during the dive with their instructor, Christopher Whitlock, and his 12-year-old son, police said. The group had been diving to the spring’s bottom for artifacts.

The bodies were found Monday morning after some of the silt settled.”
