“Please be advised that the rubber handwheels on the Halcyon manifold (item #64.100.300) shipped between May 1, 2001 and July 1, 2001 have proven to be defective. These handwheels are unlike the units used in previous or later sales of Halcyon manifolds. In use, the defective handwheels can separate from their stainless steel inserts, making it impossible to turn the valves on or off. Use of these handwheels should be discontinued immediately and returned to Halcyon for replacement. The defective handwheels can be difficult to distinguish from good ones and should be returned if in question. For more information, go to: http://www.halcyon.net/recall/
