Sea Shepherd announces US Navy approval for damaging military sonar

Sea Shepherd Conservation Society has brought to light US Military approval for use of military sonar whenever and wherever the Defense Secretary wishes to deploy it.
The Bill moves to the Senate next week and it is expected to pass.
