According to Ocean.com, The 2000 IMAX release of Ocean Men is reported to be released in DVD format by December of 2005.
This has been eagerly anticipated by all freedivers who had seen the movie in an IMAX theater.
The amazing giant screen film, directed and photographed by award-winning underwater photographer/cinematographer, Bob Talbot, tells the story of the world’s two leading freedivers at that time, Pipin Ferreras and Umberto Pelizzari, and their unique relationship to the sea.
No further details have been released yet as to exact date.
