Nothing much to report today. A successful training day for most people. Top athletes in all areas are reporting that they feel they had a very good day of training today.

We headed over to the dynamics pool this afternoon and can say that it is a very impressive olympic sized establishment wiht excellent water clarity.

Tommorrow there is more constant weight training on the barge in the morning and the dynamic competition is due to start at 2:30pm. We will be reporting results from the dynamic competition as soon as we can.

Sunday 25th May 2003 – 10:00am

It’s a Constant Ballast training morning. The first group of competitors headed out to the barge at 7am this morning. For safety and comfort the competitors are broken into their respective countries and are taken out and returned to the barge on a staggered basis throughout the morning. The only get 1hr 20min training whilst on the barge so competitors have to make the most of it.

We’re heading out with the last boat at 10:40am so will post an update once we return.
