“MAKE YOUR DIVES COUNT! Participate in the Great American Fish
Count. Divers are gearing up all over the U.S. for the ninth annual Great American Fish Count (GAFC). Coordinated by the Reef Environmental Education Foundation and the NOAA’s National Marine Sanctuary Program, this annual diving and snorkeling event takes place during the entire month of July. The goal of GAFC is to raise awareness among both the diving community and public at large regarding marine habitats and trends in fish populations.
