The yearly Triple Depth competition, based in Egypt and run by Linda and Lotta of Freedive Dahab, has been anounced for 2010.
The competition will occur, for the first time, in Sharm-el-Sheikh between the 22nd – 29th September 2010. By moving the competition from it’s traditional home of Dahab to Sharm-el-Sheikh, the organisers are removing any depth limits and opening the way for some World Record attempts.
The training, the registration, the final party and the static competition will all occur in Dahab as usual. On each competition day the organisers have charted buses to take competitors to Sharm el Sheikh and back to Dahab again.
The Price for entry into the comp will be 130€ and there are great rates on rooms in the Octopus Hotel in Dahab for competitors.
