Sam Henry is a PADI freediving instructor trainer and underwater photographer with a degree in Marine Biology. Originally from the UK, Sam is now based in Bali Indonesia where he teaches at his school ‘Fathom Freedive Bali’. Sam is also very involved with breathwork, yoga, and meditation as tools for living a happy life.
