Bonnier Corp. has added Scuba Diving magazine to its portfolio in a recent acquisition.
WinterPark-based Bonnier, which also publishes Sport Diver, bought ScubaDiving from F+W Media. Bonnier also produces Undersea Diver. Thethree publications will be managed by the Bonnier Dive Group. Bonnier CEO Terry Snow has said that addingScuba Diving to their existing Sport Diver title will enhance their relationship with the dive industry andits passionate audience.
Thedeal’s terms were not disclosed.
