British National Freediving Records Ratified

July 5., 2005 – Three British freediving records set by Paul Whincup, in Egypt this June, have now been ratified by AIDA.

At the Blue Hole, Dahab, on the 10th and 11th June 2005 Paul performed a Free Immersion dive to 51 metres, a Variable Weight dive to 65 metres, and a No-Limits dive to 77 metres.

The record attempts were hosted and organised by Lotta Erricson, and ratified by AIDA. For more information about Paul’s records visit:
