Crowds reach frenzy point at David Blaine: Drowned Alive

New York City – Huge crowds are gathered at the Lincoln Center where David Blaine is due to finish his stunt on Monday 8th May. Onsite witnesses are saying that at 02:30am EST crowds were waiting up to 20 minutes to see the illusionist. Crowds have continued to grow all day.

The Performance Freediving International Team is center stage in the intensive planning and rehearsal for the grand finale of David Blaine’s Drowned Alive performance. Team members Kirk Krack, Mandy-Rae Cruickshank and Martin Stepanek, Mr. Blaine’s trainers for apnea and diving, are the keys to the performer’s survival should his climactic breathhold escape go awry.

The Team, and the entire production crew are in virtual lockdown as preparations for tomorrow night’s live, 2-hour televised special approach a 24-hour countdown.
