During the Beneath the Sea Underwater Exposition this month, DAN will announce the DAN-Rolex Diver of the Year for 2008. In addition, BTS and the Women Divers Hall of Fame will name their divers of the year during the weekend of March 28-30 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, N.J.
At the DAN booth (#440), Dan Orr, DAN president and CEO, and Eric Douglas, DAN training director, will sign copies of Scuba Diving Safety, a book they co-wrote. Signings will take place 10 a.m.-noon on Saturday, March 29, and 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, March 30.
DAN will also conduct a raffle to benefit the long-standing DAN Recompression Chamber Assistance Program. Purchase raffle tickets at the DAN Booth. The following have contributed prizes:
