Dr. Sylvia Earle Recognised In Time Magazine Book

Time Magazine has recognised the achievements of the inspiring Dr. Sylvia Earle in a new book called TIME, Firsts: Women Who Are Changing the World.”

The book focuses on the achievements of women and how they have shaped our world. According to Dive Photo Guide, Dr. Earle will have an entire chapter dedicated to her achievements.

Dr. Earle, an oceanographer affectionately known as “Her Deepness,” was the first woman to become the Chief Scientist at the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. She currently heads up Mission Blue, which is dedicated to protecting and conserving the oceans and marine life around the world.
