GoPro Unveils New 2-Year Warranty Program

-

Live in the USA and use your GoPro camera a lot while diving? Well, the company just unveiled a new warranty program where if you break your camera during the first two years of owning it, you’ll get a free replacement.

“GoPro Care” covers damage to the Hero4 Black, Hero4 Silver and Hero Session cameras. The warranty program also grants you direct access to expert assistance via a priority phone number (no hold time), chat and email at any hour of the day or night for any issues with your camera or software.

You can add GoPro Care coverage for the Hero Session for US$39, the Hero4 Silver for $79, and the Hero4 Black for $99.

FYI, though: The U.S. states where the program is not currently available are Florida, Washington, Massachussetts, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, and Nevada.
