Jonathan Sunnex, one of the world’s deepest men having made dives to well below 100m in a number of Freediving disciplines, is hosting a number of training camps in the Caribbean during February and March 2016.
These camps have previously been attended by some of the worlds leading freedivers, including Stig Pryds, Tomoka Fukuda, Jeanine Grasmeijer and Sofia Gomez Uribe.
The 5 day camps will be run in Antigua for the first one, which will be geared towards beginner-intermediate level divers. This is followed by Dominica for a further 5 day camp and two 7 day camps targeted towards improving depth with daily guided stretching sessions, clinics on equalization and mental techniques, as well as dive strategy and structure. Accommodation in all camps will be very reasonably priced with options to suit different budgets.
To qualify for a camp, the pre-requisite of at least an AIDA 2 star (or equivalent) is required. With no depth limit, we can cater for everyone from the relative beginner to even the most elite!
