PADI Women’s Dive Day To Help Save The Oceans

-

This year’s PADI Women’s Dive Day will have a focus on saving our oceans.

The actual event will take place on July 17, 2021, although conservation events will be held throughout June and July.

To help the process begin from World Oceans Day on June 8, 2021, PADI has launched a “find a conservation event” page, alongside the normal page where you can register your PADI Women’s Dive Day event.

Commenting on the new synergy between inclusion and environmentalism, PADI Worldwide Chief Brand and Membership Officer Kristin Valette stated:

“PADI Women’s Dive Day has been an opportunity for PADI Dive Centers, Resorts and Professionals to unite as a community to foster diversity and inclusion in the dive industry for a healthier people and planet. This year, stronger than ever, we will come together – physically or virtually – as an empowered community to take local action for global conservation impact. We’re choosing to be part of the solution.”

You can find a local conservation event here or register your PADI Women’s Dive Day event here.
