Performance Freediving Sink Faze 2006 Wraps

West Bay, Grand Cayman Island, BWI – The Performance Freediving Sink Faze 2006 world record event has wrapped with no additions to the Team trophy case. Friday, April 7 was a competition day, but despite near-flawless performance by athletes and crew, the record set earlier in the event stood.

The Team’s earlier achievements included World Records by Martin Stepanek (CZ) in Constant Ballast and Free Immersion (both at 108 meters / 354ft), and National records by Mandy-Rae Cruickshank (CA, Constant Ballast at 80 meters / 262 ft) and by Dr. George ‘Doc’ Lopez, Free Immersion at 51 meters / 167 ft).
