The training week will be held at Apneista in beautiful Amed, Bali – Indonesia’s best freediving hotspot. This 5 day intensive workshop is a fascinating immersion in the science and practice of freediving with one of the most knowledgeable freediving scientists in the world today, Frederic Lemaitre. Not only is Frederic a professor of physiology, specializing in all aspects of human apnea, he is also a top freediving coach and author of 2 comprehensive books on freediving. He has worked with most of the top names in France, including Guillaume Nery.

This 5 day intensive is aimed at anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge, improve their technique and ask any of those random questions from someone who can you give a scientifically grounded answer.
