Planet Earth II Snags Two BAFTA Awards

The BBC’s Planet Earth II nature documentary recently won a pair of British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards.

The show won BAFTAs for “Best TV Moment of the Year” and “Best Specialist Factual program” during the May 14th ceremony.

The “Best TV Moment of the Year” award went to a scene on the show that featured snakes hunting recently-hatched iguanas on the Galapagos Islands.
