Records Continue To Tumble At #VB2015

We’re half way through the second act of Suunto Vertical Blue 2015 with Day Five completed.  Strong performance continue with four new National Records being set in Free Immersion (FIM) during Saturday’s performances at Deans Blue Hole in the Bahamas. Weather and dive conditions were perfect with the water looking like glass.

First up was Karla Mendez of Venezuela with a 61m Free Immersion (FIM) dive in 2min 45sec.   Next up on the record scoreboard was Mexico with Alejandro Lemus with a great clean 93m FIM in 3min 42sec.

Next up was AIDA Vice President and new USA National Record holder Robert King with a 90m FIM dive in 3min 8sec.  Closing out the day was Katarina (Katie) Linczenyiova of Slovakia who completed a 71m Free Immersion (FIM) dive in 2min 50sec to secure her National Record.
