Red Sail Sports Grand Cayman Adds ‘Spirit of the Islands’ Catamaran

-

Red Sail Sports has added a new, luxury 65-foot catamaran to its fleet of sailboats catering to divers and family members vacationing at hotels in Grand Cayman.

The “Spirit of the Islands” catamaran sports an onboard grill as well as a water slide.

All of the company’s dive packages include a free sunset sail, so the luxury catamaran experience is already a part of all customer vacations, according to Red Sail Sports. The company’s new “Swimmin,’ Chillin’ & Grillin’ tour” on the Spirit of the Islands is a way for the whole family — whether they dive or not — to enjoy Cayman’s crystal-clear water and marine environment.

Dive Operations Manager Rod McDowall says:

“Many of our guests spend the morning on the dive boat and they then want spend time with family members that don’t dive, and this is a brand new and exciting way to get them out on the water together to have fun. We expect it to be a big hit with guests who can now enjoy a fresh grilled lunch after working up a good appetite snorkeling, swimming and using the slide.”
