Scuba Schools International has announced that it will carry on supporting its dealer network by extending the provision of the free Marine Ecology Student Kit.
The extension is granted through March 31, 2021, and is available to students who enroll before that date who then have six months to complete their training. The extension comes after the program’s initial success, which saw 50,000 free student kits issued worldwide.
The SSI Marine Ecology program is a land-based course that does not require any dives. Taking the course guides students through the complex life found in our oceans and how the various ecosystems and organisms interact with each other. It also demonstrates how humans play a role in the ocean’s biological systems.
