Scuba Schools International has announced the launch of its new kids’ program, the SSI Explorers Program.
The new curriculum is aimed at kids aged six to 11 and is aimed at giving them a taste of the aquatic world and the wonders that await them underwater. The new program was previously known as Scuba Rangers. It’s now the most diverse and extended kids’ aquatic program on the market today.
The new program has many components that can be taught as a stand-alone element or in a camp format. Students start with the Blue Oceans Explorer component, which teaches the importance of preserving the ocean. This is followed by the Snorkel Explorer component, which gives kids the foundations and comfort of being in the water.
After that, students can progress and take Scuba Explorers, Mermaid Explorers and Freediving Explorers components. Also, they have 22 specialty components to take part in, including Rescue Explorer, Shark Ecology Explorer, Underwater Model Explorer and Search & Rescue Explorer.
