Netflix’s MISSION BLUE Garners Three Emmy Nominations

Netflix‘s MISSION BLUE documentary that features “Her Deepness” Sylvia Earle has garnered three Emmy nominations.

According to the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS), MISSION BLUE has been nominated in three categories: “Outstanding Informational Programming: Long-Form,” “Outstanding Cinematography: Documentary and Long Form” and “Outstanding Editing: Documentary and Long Form.”

“Woo Hoo and a huge thanks to ALL those who made our film possible!” Earle said on her Facebook page.

The News & Documentary Emmy Awards will be presented on Monday, September 28th at a ceremony at Lincoln Center in New York City.
