First Ever Female-Only Underwater Photo Contest Announced


Girls That Scuba has announced the first ever female-only underwater photography contest.

The competition will feature four categories: Beginners, Macro, Wide Angle, and Videography. Not only will be the contestants be all female, but the competition will also be judged by an all-female panel, including:

  • Adrienne Gittus from Soul Water Productions.
  • Claudia Schmitt from The Jetlagged.

The prize list is also expansive and includes:

  • A Paralenz dive camera.
  • £500/~US$658/~€560 voucher from Simply Scuba.
  • A liveaboard trip to the Red Sea with Emperor Liveaboards.
  • ISOTTAGoPro housing.

The entrants with the most votes will also receive a personalized waterproof Diveproof logbook and a collection of goodies from the Girls That Scuba store.

You need to submit your entries by October 13, 2018. Entrants can enter one image per category. If you are interested in voting for the winner, you can vote for one entrant per category.
