Fliptide Provisions announced that it will be donating a portion of its Bonaire profits to support the work of the Reef Renewal Foundation Bonaire.
As part of the collaboration, Fliptide will contribute 5% of its net operating profits generated in Bonaire to fund the foundation’s science-driven restoration programs.
Reef Renewal Bonaire partners with local dive operators and community members to preserve and protect local coral populations. Fliptide already collaborates with several of Reef Renewal’s partner dive shops on the island. The company produces custom merchandise that celebrates Bonaire’s marine life and the brand identity of each business
Commenting on the new partnership and donation, Fliptide Provisions CEO and Co-founder Kelsey Teel Hassell stated:
“Fliptide Provisions was born out of our love for diving and the ocean. The idea to give back to the reef came to me while drift diving Vista Blue. I thought to myself – how could we help protect the beauty of this underwater world? The more I learned about Reef Renewal Bonaire’s work, the more clear it became that this was the right partnership. We are proud to give back to the island and support the reefs that inspire us.”
