The History of Diving Museum To Host A Jerry Garcia Tribute Music Event

The History of Diving Museum has announced it is hosting a “Dive Into Art & Music” event to celebrate the tunes of the late Jerry Garcia of The Grateful Dead fame.

The event will take place on March 31st, 2023 between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm at the Safe Harbor Angler House in Islamorada, Florida.

The live music will feature Waynard Scheller and Rainbow Full of Sound, who will perform a musical tribute including many of Garcia’s favorite tracks. In addition to the musical tribute, the Jerry Garcia Foundation donated limited-edition, museum-quality giclees of his art to the museum. These pieces will be sold at the event to raise funds for the museum.

These pieces are special because they come with a “JGF Edition Certificate of Authenticity” signed by Garcia’s wife Manasha and daughter Keelin.

General admission tickets start at US$35/~€33/~£29.

You can find out more and purchase tickets for the event here.
