2023 Underwater Target Shooting Competition Starts Today

The International Underwater Target Shooting Open begins today in Normandy, France at the Caen la Mer swimming pool.

The French Federation of Underwater Studies and Sports (FFESSM), under the aegis of CMAS, is organizing the event.

Participants will showcase their precision and skill in underwater target shooting, adhering to CMAS international rules, at a distance of 3 meters/10 feet.

The four categories during the competition will be:

  • Precision
  • Biathlon
  • Super Biathlon
  • Relay

The competition runs through May 28th.
