Check Out GoPro’s ‘Truth Below The Surface’ VR Video

Want to view different species of sharks in a unique way without getting wet? Well, GoPro recently released “The Truth Below the Surface” — a virtual-reality video that transports you to the Bahamas for some up-close-and-personal shark action.

The video shows 360-degree views of GoPro athlete Jeb Corliss and shark conservationist Jim Abernethy diving among hammerheads, lemon sharks and Caribbean reef sharks.

Corliss says in the video:

“Our journey takes us to the Bahamas, the shark-diving capital of the world. I first started diving with sharks 24 years ago. I want you to experience where I’ve been.”

The whole film was shot entirely with GoPro cameras. You can watch it on the company’s Facebook page as well as a behind-the-scenes video below.
