If you’re from a certain country and diving the Red Sea has been on your bucket list, Egypt’s Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has announced new visa regulations aimed at boosting tourism.
The new measures include:
- Chinese citizens are now eligible for a visa on arrival in Egypt.
- New measures are included to simplify visas for Turkish citizens.
- Morrocan and Algerian Citizens can now receive visas sponsored by tourist companies.
- New measures are now in place for issuing visas to Iraqi citizens.
In addition, the ministry is working with other authorities in Egypt to implement new multiple-entry five-year visa applications.
