Hong Kong Dive Boat Catches Fire, Sinks

-

A dive boat sank this past weekend after catching fire off Hong Kong.

No injuries or fatalities were reported from the blaze, and all aboard were rescued by another boat that was in the area.

The incident on the 23-meter (75-foot) boat took place off Jin Island — also known as Tiu Chung Chau — a popular dive destination. The fire caused dive tanks onboard to explode, according to video footage of the blaze.

The fire is being investigated by Hong Kong authorities.
