International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony Postponed

-

Due to the major storm that roared through the Caribbean last week, the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism decided to reschedule the International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame induction ceremony.

The ceremony was scheduled to take place on September 30, 2022.

CIDOT said it is currently exploring new dates for the ceremony with the goal of rescheduling before the end of 2022, according to a statement.

The 2022 inductees include pioneering cave diver, explorer and author Jill Heinerth, DEMA  President Tom Ingram, Handicapped Scuba Association President Jim Gatacre and underwater photographer Avi Klapfer.
