Molchanovs Freediving Courses Scheduled For November and December

If you happen to be in Kona, Hawaii either later this month or next month and have learning to freedive on your bucket list, well here’s your chance.

World Record Freediver Lena Balta will be conducting Molchanovs Wave 1 and Wave 2 courses on the Big Island on November 25-27, 2022 and December 2-4, 2022.

The open-water portion will be held at Honaunau Bay.

In June of this year, Balta set two new CMAS freediving World Records off Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.

One was in the Variable Weight with Monofin discipline with a dive to 116m/380ft, and the other was a dive to 105m/344ft in the Variable Weight-Free Immersion discipline.
