Mother of Corals recently announced that its established Revive Reef Restoration Course is now open for private dive shop groups.

The course is held in Bocas Del Toro, Panama, and can be conducted with up to 12 participants from the same group.

 The Revive course allows users to learn and take part in helping reefs recover. It moves individuals from just divers to ocean conservation advocates who actively take part in reef recovery.

The Revive course highlights include:

  • The basics of coral reefs and key identification underwater.
  • Coral nursery work and outplanting techniques.
  • Building artificial reef structures and placing them at a site.
  • Monitoring, data collection, and understanding long-term reef health.
  • Delivering real restoration skills to customers.

The course is open to divers of all skill levels. Currently, Mother of Corals is offering the course for up to 12 people with a free spot for the dive leader. Course pricing and logistics include hotel, breakfast, transportation in Bocas as well as the prerequisite online course.
