If you’re a college student and interested in applying for the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s scholarship program, you’d best hurry: The application deadline is fast approaching.
If you’re one of the lucky ones chosen, the Hollings Scholarship Program will provide awards that include up to a maximum of US$9,500/~7718 Euros per year for full-time study during the nine-month academic year; a 10-week, full-time internship position that pays $700/~569 Euros per week during the summer at a NOAA facility; and an additional $9,500 for full-time study during a second nine-month academic year.
Applications are due Wednesday, January 31st, 2018 by 11:59 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
