PADI Adds Several Languages To Its Online Courses

-

PADI has announced that it is expanding the language options that are available for the online portion of the PADI Open Water Diver and PADI Freediver courses.

  • The PADI Open Water course now has seven additional languages including: Czech, Croatian, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Russian and Turkish.
  • The PADI Freediver course now has ten additional languages including: Arabic, Chinese (both Simplified and Traditional), Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish.

As part of the announcement, PADI also announced that Simplified Chinese will be soon added as an Open Water language option, while Korean, Thai, and Russian will soon be added as PADI Freediver language options.

The move greatly enhances the language choices available for PADI eLearning courses, and is a big addition to the 18 languages currently on offer for the Open Water and the English-only on offer for the Freediver course.
