Poseidon Announces 3rd Version of the One Shoe

-

Many who have been on warm-water dive boats around the globe may have seen something that looks like Converse sneakers worn by divers in place of traditional dive boots.

Those were likely the One Shoe made by Swedish manufacturer Poseidon Dive Systems. The company makes standard dive gear such as regulators, BCDs and dive computers, but the One Shoe remains one of their most popular items.

Poseidon showcased the third iteration of the One Shoe at DEMA Show 2022.

Besides diving, the classic-looking neoprene bootie is great for kite surfing, boards, kayaks and other water sports. The dive shoe features a few slightly new features but has the same consistent look and performance as previous versions. Key features include:

  • 3 mm Supratex neoprene.
  • Traditional lace-up style instead of bungee laces on the previous version.
  • High-durability sole.
  • Slip-on style without rear zipper as on the previous version.

Available in early 2023, the new Poseidon One Shoe will retail for US$119.95 /~€123.02.
