Seacure Custom Mouthpiece Provides Relief From Jaw Pain

The Seacure custom mouthpiece solves one of the most common problems associated with scuba diving: jaw pain caused by ill-fitting mouthpieces.

In fact, new research has shown that ill-fitting pieces are the cause of jaw pain and damage in 41% of divers who were previously pain-free. Seacure’s custom innovative design allows for a more comfortable natural grip, reducing discomfort and the probability of jaw pain.

Standard mouthpieces have bite lugs that engage the front teeth to stay in place. This means that the front jaw is solely responsible for maintaining the regulator in place. Also, these mouthpieces use a very flexible material that can be used as a one size fits all solution.

The Seacure differs by being moldable, so it ends up fitting your mouth exactly. In addition, the mouthpiece enters the mouth all the way to the back, engaging the rear teeth and the much huge forces of the back jaw. This allows the mouthpieces and second stage to be held in place with minimal effort and stress on the Jaw muscles.

This, in turn, can reduce jaw pain substantially. With its innovative design, mouthpieces can reduce pain and are far more comfortable than normal ones.
