AIDA Freediving Pool World Championships 2015 – The DNF Qualifiers

The first day of the 2015 Individual Pool World Championships started with a bang as athletes took to the crystal clear waters of the outdoor pools of the “Milan Gale Muškatirovic” Sport Center in Belgrade, Serbia.

122 athletes from 27 countries are competing for the title of World Champion and there is going to be hot competition this year.  Day one was the Dynamic No Fins (DNF) qualifiers to see who progressed to the next stage of the competition in that discipline.

Day one saw a National Record fall for Greece with Christina Michaloupoulou completing a 125m DNF cleanly.

16 male and 16 female athletes progress to the DNF finals which you can see below:
