BT Sports, in the UK, launched a new tv show — BT Sports Panel — which broadcasts live every weekend from 9:30-11:30am on Saturdays.
The first show featured a hometown girl & freediving champion Liv Philip in a short piece recorded at Fusion Lifestyles’ pool in Camberwell, South London. In the segment Liv Philip provides the viewer a quick guide on how to stay calm under pressure and explains lessons she has learnt as a top level freediver. Complete with footage by Daan Verhoeven, the BTSP profile of Liv aims to raise awareness of the sport of Freediving in the UK — which has techniques that can benefit those in other sports as well as high stress roles.
Every Saturday morning Tim Lovejoy, with ex-England rugby international Matt Dawson, will host BTSP welcoming special guests and sharing opinions, predictions, reviews and laughs.
