Crowdfunding Campaign For DIVEROID Universal Lite Smartphone Housing Underway

A crowdfunding campaign for DIVEROID’s latest underwater smartphone housing is underway, with the project being fully funded in the first hour.

The DIVEROID Universal Lite housing and accompanying app is geared more toward snorkelers, with the housing’s Double O-rings being waterproof down to 15m/49ft. The buttons on the outside correspond to points on the screen recognized by the app, which will be available on both Apple and Android stores.

The Universal Lite will be available in three colors: Shark Skin Gray, Aqua Blue and Sunkist Coral.

It will retail for US$199/~€205, but early backers can get it for up to 40% off.

To learn more or pledge, go to the DIVEROID Universal Lite Kickstarter page.

(Remember: This is a crowdfunding campaign, so you are helping to fund the development of a project, but not a finished product. Please make sure you research the project before spending any money.)
