Deptherapy Founder Short-Listed For Charity Award

The 2018 Heropreneurs Awards has short-listed Deptherapy Chairman and Lifetime Vice President Dr Richard Cullen and two other candidates for the Veterans’ Foundation Award.

The award looks to recognize an organization or civilian who has made an outstanding contribution to help military veterans.

Responding to his nomination, Cullen said:

“Working with the Deptherapy Program Members is a privilege, and it is absolutely humbling. We know our work has saved lives, and we have also changed so many lives for the better. The impact on Program Members’ partners and families is massive. I am stunned to be nominated for this Award but it is not about me, it is about the Deptherapy Team. Isaac Newton reflects my views on this: ‘If I have seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.’ Those giants are the Deptherapy Team and Program Members that we work with.”

The winners will be announced on November 14th, 2018 at a black tie dinner ceremony held in London. The winners will be chosen by a panel of notable individuals from the business and military community led by General Sir John McColl.
