Female Divers Set World Record On PADI Women’s Dive Day

The world record for the longest underwater human chain by female scuba divers has been broken by 84 women divers at the house reef of Divetech Grand Cayman.

The event took place on PADI Women’s Dive Day, and in addition to setting a record raised more than US$3,000/~€2,560 for the Breast Cancer Foundation.

The record smashes the previous record of 48 divers, which was set in Indonesia by the group Girls that Scuba.
