Individual AIDA Freediving Pool World Championships 2018 – Dynamic No-Fins (DNF) Final Results

The finals of the Individual AIDA Freediving Pool World Championships 2018 in Belgrade, Serbia kicked off on Thursday with the Dynamic No-Fins (DNF) Finals.

The Polish competitors continue their reign as true masters of the pool disciplines in Freediving.  50% of the podium places went to Polish athletes, including the Gold Medals for Magdalena Solich-Talanda with a 178m performance for the Women’s Gold and Mateusz Malina with a 226m performance for the Men’s Gold.

Other Podium places were also there with Silver for Julia Kozerska (Poland) and Alexander Bubenchikov (Ukraine), and Bronze for Mirela Kardasevic (Croatia) and Vitomir Maricic (Croatia).

There were National Records set by Tijana Nikolic (Serbia) at 140m, Alexander Bubenchikov (Ukraine) at 217m and Giannis Kothonidis (Greece) at 204m.
