NAUI has announced that it is looking to recruit for the position of Executive Director and NSG CEO.
A search committee has been appointed to recruit for the role, and after the initial selection, a list of candidates will be presented to the board. Interested candidates should possess all of the following skills, amongst others:
- A history of working in a senior executive position in the scuba industry for at least 5 to 10 years.
- Strong communication skills, analytical skills, and strong business acumen and know-how.
- Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to recruit team members to reach and exceed company goals.
- A strong proponent of NAUI values, including quality, safety, and training, and student-centered learning.
