2022 Caribbean Cup Day 5 — USA’s Tory George Extends National Record

-

The USA’s Tory George repeated his Free Immersion (FIM) national and continental record on Day 5 of the 2022 Caribbean Cup freediving competition with a 103m/337.93ft dive.

George had originally set that record on Day 4, which was a meter deeper than the record he set on Day 3 of the competition.

The Day 5 dive was a good tune-up for George’s attempt scheduled for the following day when he hopes to extend his record to 104m/341.21ft.

Italy’s Alessia Zecchini, while not going for a world record, made a successful Constant Weight with Monofin (CWT) dive to 111m/364.17ft.
