An Adaptive Athlete’s Inspiring Story: Diving With Multiple Sclerosis

-

Karen Sternfeld is an adaptive athlete whose story should be an inspiration to everyone.

Sterenfeld hasn’t let suffering from Multiple Sclerosis (MS) stop her from pursuing her athletic dreams. She is already an accomplished archer and triathlete and is also now a scuba diver.

Last year, a chance encounter at Chicago airport with a group of people, including a woman in a wheelchair who were wearing Diveheart t-shirts, led to a conversation. The rest is history, as they say, and one year later, Karen is in Cozumel diving with Diveheart.

You can find out more about Diveheart here, or check out Sternfeld’s inspiring story below.
